Defender begins with elderberries and elderflower, then brings together olive leaf, marshmallow root, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cloves, raw honey, apple cider vinegar and Celtic sea salt.
Each bottle is made with filtered spring water and generous quantities of whole botanicals, creating a naturally rich tonic with a gently sweet, warming flavour.
There are no artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives or synthetic additives. Just carefully chosen ingredients, made slowly and bottled with care.

OUR STORY
It began with one family,
one kitchen
& a refusal to settle.
Wild Irish House wasn’t created because I set out to build a business. It began because I was a tired mum looking for something better for my own family.
With a background in nursing and a lifelong interest in herbal medicine, I began researching the ingredients and traditions I couldn’t find together in one product.
So I made it myself.
The first 42 bottles were prepared in my Australian kitchen and taken to a local market. Every one sold. From there, Defender travelled into stores and family homes around the world before our own family packed up and brought Wild Irish House home to Ireland.
The landscape has changed. The recipe, care and commitment to quality haven’t.
